DB Planet

Probably the biggest digital platform for this is the social intranet DB Planet. Here, all employees can actively participate by giving direct feedback on published content. Topic-specific groups and pages offer information on a wide range of topics and encourage dialogue between staff members across the different business units. 

The best place to start exploring DB Planet is the Neu im Konzern (new to the Group) page. Here you will find helpful information on how to get started as well as networking and discussion areas specially for newcomers. The DB Starter group on DB Planet offers all new employees a platform to introduce themselves and communicate with others.

Note: You can only access DB Planet once you have a DB user account. You will get this by e-mail on your first day of work. Have you already received all the information you need about your first day? If not, please ask your manager again.

Learning

DB Learning World is the DB Group's centralized digital learning platform. Here you will find a wide range of learning opportunities on various topics, most of which are free of charge. In the onboarding roadmap we have put together relevant information and learning opportunities specifically for new employees.

We help you to ensure that you have all the necessary work-related and language qualifications. We also support you in learning the German language during your arrival at DB. You will therefore find further support services here.
