DB Plus
Under the brand name "DBplus", our social partners offer attractive additional benefits for DB Group employees. DB has been working closely for many years with its five social partners: BAHN-BKK, the BSW and EWH foundation group, the DEVK insurance companies, the Sparda banks and the Association of German Railway Sports Clubs (VDES).

Special discounts
In the DB Reisemarkt, you will find many special offers from partners outside the DB Group, offering you discounts on travel, shopping, sport and leisure. You can find new offers on the first of every month.
The DB Reisemarkt is a password-protected website that you can also access from home. The access details are the same for all employees (user name: db, password: exklusiv).

Free travel
In many companies, DB employees and their family members receive an annual personal travel concessions quota.
The job ticket
DB employees can apply for a DB job ticket (free season ticket) for the daily train journey between their place of residence and their main place of work. You can find more information in the brochure Sozial- und Nebenleistungen.
Staff canteens and restaurants
With around 100 staff canteens, the DB Group offers you delicious food and places for a leisurely lunch break at many locations throughout Germany. You can make convenient contactless and cashless payments in all DB Gastronomie staff canteens. All you need is your employee ID card and your personal debit card. DB wishes you bon appétit!
